San Francisco Zoo

So as you may or may not remember I LOVE the zoo. We go every year for my birthday and I wanted to keep up the tradition for Nick's birthday as well. We went last year for his birthday to the Sacramento Zoo and this year we went to the S.F. Zoo (our favorite). Nick LOVES giraffes and couldn't get enough of them. He didn't want to leave the exhibit area. He had an absolutely blast. He loved looking at all the animals and it was such a change from the last time we were there in July. I just still can't get over how much he is growing up and becoming a little boy.

He pointed out the baby giraffe to daddy and mommy.

When he heard the "choo choo" he was a little man on a mission. A mission to ride the "choo choo". He was scared the last time he road a train, at the Oakland Zoo, but this time he had no fear.

He really liked the little elephant statue. Doesn't he look so grown up here?

The best part, in my opinion, is the little farm. The kids/adults can brush and feed the goats and sheep. I of course taught Nick that if you throw the food in the water that the ducks would eat it too. The goats and sheep follow you around and literally try to attack you when you get the food out of the machines...

Small kids get big, and big people seem to have as much fun as the little ones. That looks like a fun filled day for all of you. Happy that you are such a good blogger.
