The mystery gift

The UPS man pulled in front of the house this morning and I got all excited. I ordered some stuff from Old Navy and was also expecting another package tomorrow...I was hoping they were both early. Low and behold the UPS man pulls out a HUGE box! We open it up and pull out an AWESOME push police car. BUT...we have NO clue who it's from! There wasn't a packing slip! Does anyone know who our mystery gift giver is?

** UPDATE **
Grandpa Ed is the culprit! THANK YOU!!

Coloring Easter eggs only as a 2 year old can

He doesn't understand Easter yet, but he likes to color...this year we decided to start the annual tradition of coloring Easter eggs. Grandma and Grandpa Biglow came over to join in the festivities, Eddie monitored, and I took pictures. The majority of what I did was avoid the hands of color...

Trying to figure out what we're getting ready to do...

Outside seemed like a good place...

Nick absolutely LOVED coloring Easter eggs. His entire hand would go in the cup and he was completely covered in dye.

Oh look a blue egg..

My special egg...

Look mom "egg" (check out the hand)

Why outside was a good idea...Nick decided it was time for him to fill up his own cups. He needed refills from all the splashing.

Pictures not included...the handprints along the garage door as he ran away from me, the stains on Eddie's feet, and the retro 70's now tie-dyed pants and socks that Nick owns.

Making cupcakes

Nick helped me make cupcakes this afternoon and of course finger-tasted a few. He then stayed on his stool hovering over the cupcakes until he able to have one.

Nick and his "bag"

Nick likes to carry any bag I have. Whether it be my purse or a backpack. Here he is wearing my new diaper bag backpack while sitting on his inch worm.

p.s. Do you think this means he's ready for school?

p.p.s. For those that didn't know we signed Nick up for early pre-school at the Dainty Center which he starts April 7th. He will be going to "school" Mon, Wed, and Fri from 8:30-11:40. This is more of an outlet for him to socialize with other kids his age.

"Blue Fish"

My co-worker/girlfriend Erin bought Nick these little fish tablets that color the water for bath time. Nick LOVES them. He runs to the bath and says "blue fish". He then proceeds to color himself up and down with the "blue fish". He even hides it under the bath mat.

Nicholas...do you want to take a picture with your dragon?

Seriously...could he be any cuter?

My lillies

Lillies from my plants...

Mow mow

Nick loves the "mow mow". Whether it be at our house or grandpa's house he LOVES the "mow mow". Unfortunately while mowing the lawn the other day Nick touched the "hot" part when daddy was done and burned his finger. He was walking around the whole day saying "touch it mow mow boo boo"

Hmmm...I wonder if I can start it too

Ok I'll just take my "mow mow" and play hide n seek with mama

Little Red Wagon

What little boy or girl doesn't need a little red wagon growing up. Nick finally got his...

Here he is helping daddy put it together

Our first ride...my little boy now says "cheese" everytime he sees the camera

Watching our cartoons the next morning

We now bring the wagon just about everywhere we go. It's really funny walking through Home Depot and Lowe's pulling your own wagon.
