Monterey

Last Saturday we drove off to the Monterey Aquarium. Nick was in absolute heaven! We started walking around and the first tank we saw there were scuba divers cleaning the tank which was pretty cool. Nick saw a ton of fish and got to touch and hold a starfish. His favorite thing by far were the otters. While I was in the bathroom, Eddie taught Nick what the otter was so that when I came out he pointed to them and said "otter". All day longer he was calling for the "otters". When we were finished at the aquarium (we were actually finished but Nick wanted to stay) we promised Nick we would go see boats so that he would actually leave the aquarium. We drove down to the Fisherman's Warf and walked along the beach and looked at the boats in the marina. Nick had so much fun. He just wanted to jump in the water and play and play!
